Hercules RV Tow Bar (With Braking System)
More than just a towbar, the Hercules RV Tow Bar combines our aircraft-grade aluminum towbar with our revolutionary ReadyBrake™ supplemental surge tow braking system. With 12,000 pounds of towing capacity, this RV Towbar will work well with most towable vehicles from the smallest compact car to a full-size truck. The Hercules RV Tow Bar is equipped with new non-binding T-latches and it's a breeze to hook and unhook, even on uneven surfaces. Also, since the clevis connectors can rotate and swivel, you'll find this tow bar is even easier to unhook than other non-binding tow bars.

This thing is great. I researched tow bars and supplemental brake systems before deciding on this due to the mechanical brake, ease of setup and cost. Immediately upon install we towed a Jeep Patriot from Colorado to Alaska and back with a Class C and system worked great. Couldn't be happier.

Another happy user. Only problem I had was self-induced. Simple and it works.

Recently bought a Ready Brute elite towbar with safety cables, break away kit and accessories. Great people, great products! Very helpful staff, and very nice manufactured towbar. I installed the brake cable and other accessories on a jeep jk 2015 Wrangler, hooked it up to the Ready Brute Elite and it works like a charm! Not sure why anyone would want to mess with any other braking system, this thing is awesome! Thanks for a great product!

I pull my 2010 Jeep Wrangler with my 31 foot Class C RV. Worked perfectly as advertised, the Ready Brake is impressive on how well it works. Interstate, rolling hills, and some pretty crappy roads along the way and this system is awesome!! A pure and simple mechanical system that you set up and adjust once and you're done! Hookup takes minutes! Unhooking takes even less. And a hell of a lot cheaper than the box brakes by Roadmaster and the like!

Ready Brute Elite works so well. Easy to attach, strong with a durable finish, instruction easy to follow and well written. Another great product of the USA. Workmanship is simply the best! Hats off to American manufacturing, well done.

Purchased my 1st Ready Brute from NSA in 2006. We pulled a Saturn Vue and later a Ford Edge. I just replaced with a new "Elite" a couple months ago. There was nothing wrong with the old equipment, it performed flawlessly from day 1. I find the brake system to be less invasive than some of the other forms of aux brake. Also very easy to set up a new vehicle to tow. Yes I would recommend.
