Threaded Aluminum Fitting
Threaded Aluminum (no longer nylon) fitting fits on the end of our cable conduit to secure it to the bumper of your towed vehicle. Comes with a Ready Brake or Ready Brute Elite inside of the RB-011 kit.

I've had my ReadyBrute since 2007 and towed my Jeep Cherokee about 50K miles with it. I really like it. I live in Colorado and constantly traverse steep grades. It has always worked flawlessly. It brakes just the right amount...never to much and never too little. I've actually towed the Jeep more miles than I have driven it over that time!

I had mine coming on ten years and as you described simple, effective, & safe yet cost effective. No external power, vacuum or air pressure required for normal operation. Just connect the cable from the bar to the toad and your brake ready to head out. And don't for get to buy a break away kit.
