Purchased my 1st Ready Brute from NSA in 2006. We pulled a Saturn Vue and later a Ford Edge. I just replaced with a new "Elite" a couple months ago. There was nothing wrong with the old equipment, it performed flawlessly from day 1. I find the brake system to be less invasive than some of the other forms of aux brake. Also very easy to set up a new vehicle to tow. Yes I would recommend.

I have NSA’s Hercules model. Very happy with it. It is VERY stout. The braking system works fantastic and we have never had any problems with the setup. Highly recommend it.

We thought we were having some problems with our brute elite and on our way home from Texas to Minnesota decided to make a stop there to have them check it out. This is by far the best tow bar on the market, bar none. Direct connection to the brake pedal provides the best braking of the tow bars. No crap in the floor or electrical components to worry about. I have comfort in knowing that the vehicle that I am towing is actually braking...where do I buy shares in this invention!!!

Very heavy duty and love the built in brake. Use it to tow a Honda CRV and a Nissan Frontier.
