I purchase a NSA Brute 12 years ago and are about to move it to our 3rd coach. It has given us perfect service. We had a small problem with a piece and I contacted NSA and they sent out a new part no questions. In getting ready to move to the next coach this fall I notice the side and shock was not working I contacted NSA told them of my problem and offered to buy the parts. They ask me to ship the unit to them and they rebuilt and updated my unit at no cost. When they say Life Time Guarantee they mean it. We purchased an NSA Brute Ready Brake Tow Bar System in late 2018 to flat tow our 1999 Jeep TJ, The kit came with everything we needed to connect and flat tow our Jeep. It features emergency break-a-way stoping system, braking, quick connect lights, safety cables. The kit was very easy to install. We're based in Florida we've used this system to tow safely all over the United States, over twenty-five thousand miles with no issues. Because we're planning a few long trips we decided to have the Tow Bar check out just to be on the safe side. I boxed it up and shipped it back to NSA for inspection. They inspected it and repaired as needed and shipped it back for free. Very good service, plus NSA is a USA company with products made in the USA.
